When you are at a place like IRMA, the motto of the institution gives you the feel that you are doing something for the betterment of the needy- you feel contented! You get to meet the best of people from all parts of our country-you get good company! The atmosphere is perfectly suited for brainstorming - queries & enquiries of classroom, the key! And when you put down all pieces together the joy of getting the best of all things in one platter gives you - peace!! Ladies and Gentlemen, wish you a very good and a pleasant morning. I Jainee Nathwani and I Shubham Tomar, welcome you all to this beautiful morning of January 21st where we finally get together to enjoy the most awaited event of the year-Milaap! Milaap-The event to experience Rejuvenation in seeing the reminiscences, pleasure in expressing nostalgia, Reliving the past in all places with all people; simply put-Experiencing the true joy again! On the behalf of the entire IRMA community we extend a warm welcome to this Homecoming event which promises a unique chance to relive the cherished

moments with your batch mates and teachers & friends!! Welcome you to Milaap 2012!

For todays inauguration ceremony, we have some esteemed guests amongst us. We have with us some distinguished personalities which have made IRMA proud. They are not unknown to us and therefore require no introduction. We have with usProf. Jeemol Unni( Director of IRMA, RBI chairperson) Shri R. S. Sodhi( Managing director, GCMMF) IRMA Alumni -PRM 2 Prateek Modi( Assistant Professor,IRMA),(FPRM IRMA) Girdhar Bhagri (PRM 27): (Representing IAA- IRMA Alumini Association), Heading Corporate Agri division of Gujarat , Axis Bank Ltd. We welcome you all to Milaap 2012 and thank you for your gracious presence. Well, any event cannot start without the blessings from the Almighty! And if the event is as big and important as Milaap, we would surely not break the tradition! To formally inaugurate the event, we invite our dignitaries on stage to come and light the lamp. Bees Saal Baad: Raah dekhi thi is din ki kabse Wapas aane ke sapne saja rakhe the najane kabse.. Bade utavle the yahaan se jaane ko Zindagi k agla padav paane ko Par na jaane kyun.. dil mein aaj kuch aur aata hai Aaj zindagi fir jeene ko jee chahta hai..!

Kahi unkahi hazaro baatein reh gayi.. Na bhoolne wali kuch yaadien reh gayi.. Zindagi ke rangon mein dosti ke rang fike pad gaye.. Kabhi aisa bhi hua ke hum milte milte reh gaye Par aaj is manzar par fir ek khayal aata hai.. Aaj zindagi fir jeene ko jee chahta hai..!!

Time passes by in a flick of a second and moments turn to memories!! How much ever we try to turn back time and get the old things back, one does not normally get the chance to do so! But, we recognize the need we know the pain we feel your longing!! And so heres IRMA, providing you that golden chance to come back and relive the good old times!! 20 years is a long time----------------- isnt it? Indeed a very long time!! And longer the time, greater the longing to meet each other and more great is the joy of finally being together! We welcome PRM 12, the batch of 1991-93, to Milaap 2012, which becomes all the more special for this batch as it is their Home coming Bees saal baad!!! Our distinguished guests have proved their mettle in their respective professional fields. We are very sure that some of the future brand of IRMANs will have them as their role models. To grab the opportunity of having such great personalities here at a single place, we would like them to address the gathering: We would start with the director of our institute, Prof. Jeemol Unni:

We would now request Shri Girdhar Bhagri sir, who is representing IAA- the IRMA Alumni Association, along with Heading Corporate Agri division of Gujarat (except Saurashtra), at Axis Bank Ltd., to come and address the eager audience.

And now, we request the person who has been in contact with most of you from the time we had started the planning for Milaap 2012, the alumni secretary of PRM32, Shashank Singhania, to come on stage and give you a formal welcome.

We would now request, Ram Shankar Rani(Alumni Secretary of PRM 31) to take you all through the journey known as IRMA, our IRMA! First time in the history of IRMA, two PRM batches (PRM 31& PRM 32) have taken an initiative to bring IRMA more close to the hearts of all our beloved IRMAns through a printed medium. It would be a blunder on our part if we disclose the nitty-gritties of this initiative ourselves. It would definitely be better idea to call a member of the creative team which made it all happen. We invite Salman Haider (Media Secretary of PRM 32) to enlighten us about his teams effort to come up with a new book-Story Of IRMA-A PRM perspective.

To make the event glitch proof for all our alumni, we would like to provide a few point of contacts. These people are responsible to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Problems related to accommodation would be looked after by Ashish Jena( PRM 32). He will be more than pleased to serve you in case of any problem. Shashank Singhania & Tijil Thomas are always present to there to help you out. In case of any difficulty, feel free to contact them during the entire event. With this we would like to bring this memorable gathering to an end. Hope this Milaap would turn out to be the best Milaap in the history of IRMA. We would like to thank all alumni members who took out time from their busy schedule to make this event a huge success. Our motive is only to provide you all with a platform so that those preserved memories come back to life once again. We only want you to live this moment to the full because someone has rightly said it-Pal Pal mein Zindagi Basti hai. So scream it out loud, enjoy the fervor with the fever of MILAAP-Relive the golden past! No Need to mention that the famous tea break of IRMA has been arranged for you now. We will now meet you on the other side of this break! Thank you.

Synergy-Aptly defined as the potential ability of individuals or groups to be more successful or productive as a result of the merger. We welcome to you all to Synergy- The path breaking event of IRMA. This occasion would be the gateway for us all to witness the rich interaction between our alumni and faculties.

No wonder, these people have an unmatched fervor and tenacity in their own fields of professional expertise. It wont be wrong enough to claim that the audience would witness synergy live in action. To begin with we would like to mention the agendas of the discussion. The interaction would basically revolve around the three bullet points.
