'Ann Asid 11 p.m.? mxado gbi na yan.... Yesterday at 12:07am Like Cherry C Castillo Some of our classmates are ok wt that time coz they can wake up late on sunday morning Yesterday at 5:39am via mobile Like Jeffy Baluran With all due respect mate, I`m not amenable with the proposed change of sked because I have a class in Commercial Law Review with Dean Sanson every Saturday from 5pm-9pm. If the change will push through as may be agreed by the majority, I have no recourse but to drop the course and transfer to another sked. Yesterday at 7:34am Unlike 1 Annaliza Mohammad so am i. I am not amenable too. Yesterday at 10:16am Unlike 1 Cherry C Castillo Most of the classmates have agreed on the saturday nyt sched...for this coming saturday nyt.. Class wl push through..just address ur concerns to atty badiri regarding ur concerns about d class sched 19 hours ago via mobile Like El Raton Chirozo Not amenable. Most of our blockmates commute and live far. 11pm won't be a safe hour to go home 14 hours ago via mobile Like El Raton Chirozo Ano ba yan? Nagtatanong tapos wala lang pala. This is authoritarian 14 hours ago via mobile Unlike 1 'Ann Asid @Cherry C Castillo... akala ko ba ngtatanong pa lng bat decided na? 12 hours ago Like 1 El Raton Chirozo Tama. I protest 12 hours ago via mobile Like 1 Jeffy Baluran I second the motion. I join with El Raton`s protest. 2 hours ago Like Jeffy Baluran To whom it may concern, in matters that affects schedule of the students, please consult us first before making a decision. While we follow the majority rule, but there is no majority here because every one of us is not given a chance to explain ourselves and/or register our protest. It may be argued then your decision does not constitute our decision. How can we raise our objection when you have already made a haphazard declaration that our class is conformable of holding a class this Saturday, 8-11pm. There is no semblance of democracy here. 2 hours ago Unlike 2 El Raton Chirozo I concur 2 hours ago via mobile Like 1 De Los Reyes Aimee the original schedule of sunday is ok, saturday evening is way too late and exhaustive for the executive class considering that we start 8 in the morning up to the afternoon and now late at night, please be considerate.....we have families too and other things to consider 2 hours ago Unlike 3

El Raton Chirozo I agree to that, 8am-5pm is already a strain in our respective family times. Don't add to our burden 2 hours ago via mobile Like 1 'Ann Asid besides we enrolled 9 am to 12 pm on Sunday so to those whose reason is because they can sleep late on sunday morning... They should have enrolled on regular days so they can really sleep late on sunday morning. (BATO-BATO SA LANGIT ANG TAMAAN MAGALIT NA... WAH AKO CARE) 2 hours ago Like 1 Jeffy Baluran Yup, agree. In the first place, we choose this Sunday decision because we know that this is convenient and manageable for us. In so choosing, we take the responsibility of waking up early to go to class early. I think this is part of our responsibilities and sacrifices as a revieweestudents. Tama c blockmate Asid, kung ayaw natin sa Sunday schedule for whatever reasons including the one advanced by some of our classmates, we should have enrolled on weekday class. 2 hours ago Unlike 1 'Ann Asid not all of us have wheels... and not all of us live near... which means MODE of TRANPO is tri-c na lng... and tri-c drivers usually take advantage at night and charges us with high fare... wala na tyo magawa but to agree na lng khit mataas kc we want to go home na, that's 1 additional expense. ON Sunday we can commute using Jeepneys and 40pesos to 50pesos is enough to get us to school and back home. While sa Tri-C... 50 pesos is not enough (from where am living to get me to school, daylight pa yan ha, what more kung gabi?). about an hour ago Edited Like 'Ann Asid i think if we weigh the pros and cons in this new schedule? the cons outweigh the pros. Cons are: (1) too exhaustive for those who have classes starting 8am; (2) too burdensome for those who has kids/families of their own; (3) too risky for those who live very far; (4) additional expense is incurred for those who uses Public transportation; (5) conflict of schedule for those who have classes during that new time; (6) in times like this, raining, the road is slippery and it becomes accident prone time to those whose mode of transpo is a motorcycle, and at night it becomes more prone to that kind of accident because though there may be street lights and light from the motorcycle, the road is still not that clearly visible as during daytime. Now the Pros... hmmm let's see (1) can sleep late on Sunday.... [sorry but i can't think of any other pros... about an hour ago Edited Like Aylove Cram- Cram Ko pagusapan na lng wid atty. baddiri... nde pa nmn final cgro ung sat. 8-11.. chill muna tayo lahat.. mpgusapan nmn dn ang prob. sa sched.. about an hour ago Like 'Ann Asid CHILL lang po kmi....problem is mgstart na daw 8 to 11 pm tomorrow, meaning we really have to attend 8pm to 11pm tomorrow.... sana d muna ngdecide na mgstart tomorrow... pag-usapan muna sana talaga sa class during 9am to 12pm Sunday. And sana kung sino ang in-charge na nkikipag- communicate ke Atty. Badiri, eh sbhin na ipagpaliban muna ang class tomorrow night and continue with the Sunday morning muna till this issue is resolved. about an hour ago Like 'Ann Asid Not unless hiningi talaga ni Atty. Baddiri na for tomorrow lang magmeet tyo at that time and sa susunod back to original schedule na... kung ganun ang situation then wala tyo magawa... (ang tanong, hiningi ba?). 56 minutes ago Edited Like Aylove Cram- Cram Ko yes.. 52 minutes ago Like 'Ann Asid talagang kailangan iraise yan ke Atty. Baddiri... the posting of our comments here is just so we can gather "reasons"... and so far, i posted more reasons against it than for it. And i know those who are not amenable to the new time schedule will agree with my posted reasons. Anyway, it's FB we can post comments and suggestions..... as suggested by this post.. so yun lang po ang gnawa namin.... posting comments. 35 minutes ago Like 1

Mukc Muksin hopefully hindi na lang palitan ang original schedule...8 to 11 gabi na masyado.. 19 minutes ago Like Jeffy Baluran Themistocles said: "Hear me first before you strike". This is the basic foundation of procedural due process. While this may be invoke only to a person charged of a crime or violation, this can be also applied to us. Dapat sana before any proposed change of sked, kinunsulta tayo kung payag ba tayo before ipaabot kay Atty. Badiri na ok tayo sa bagong sked. What happened now is "Obey first before you complain" to our disadvantage, (us aggrieved by the change). 5 minutes ago Unlike 1 Jeffy Baluran erratum: "be invoked". 4 minutes ago Like Mukc Muksin exactly.. sana hindi pa tayo i meet ni sir bukas dapat pag usapan muna natin on sunday sa original sched natin 2 minutes ago Like 1 Jeffy Baluran Yup, ganun sana dapat mate kung maari lng. Prospective sana ang application for us to prepare and make adjustments. about a minute ago Like
