Authorized teacher used manual system in recording and retrieving students information. She also has information about the details of the students payment. In fact, she does all the record keeping just by using ballpen and columnar sheet and if there is a correctional situation she use the whiteout or the correctional tape. On the other hand, IT Professors also used manual system as a way of recording and retrieving student information. She also assigns in Finance that administers students payment manually she does all the payment transaction by using also the pen, columnar sheet and giving hand written receipt. Above our observation, human interventions will highly involve in this type of system. As a result, this may involve errors and redundancy of data resulting troubles in organization.
