Riordan Manufacturing was founded in 1991 by Michael Riordan with an original focus on the licensing of existing patents, research and development. Today, they considered a leader in the plastic injection field. They have had many professional thanks towards them. As a Fortune 1000 enterprise they offer high-tech plastic design through its services. They have plants as far as China, main headquarters is in San Jose, California, manufacturing plants in Albany GA, and Pontiac MI. The corporate headquarters is located in San Jose all department merge here. Even though each branch has its own finance and accounting system they still route all info from all departments through the corporate headquarters. (Apollo, 2006) Riordan now uses HRIS for its HR functions, HRIS documents in detail pay rates, personal information, exemptions, hire date, organizational information and vacation hours. (Riordan Mfg., 2012) The next thing to do in this process would be that all the changes that you have made, must be entered by the employees on special forms and entered by the payroll clerk. Then, the training specialist uses many Microsoft apps to keep track of the training and development the new people they hire. Some of the methods they use are not so effective though. There are a lot of things that go on, but in addition, each recruiter keeps their own applicants information, which is in a central non-digital storage. The negative information that has been gathered has been recorded as well. The Gathering techniques and design methods are recorded as well, but not used until someone needs them. Riordan is in need of a system that will draw in all of the parts of HR into one central location. The location that they need to have a very secure system, this involves many things to

protect the information. They have charts that show how each department functions and which individuals would be best for the job. At this point a review would be made of the documentation of the current system. This gives us a better perception of how the current system should function. After gathering this information it will be easier deciding which forms should be kept and which should be put away. The forms are a big importance when managing interviews for the new employers. The way the process of interviews work would begin with the main employees in each of the office locations to add a better understanding of the requirements of their locations. The next process in interviewing someone would be to gather the end users to get an idea of their ideas and thoughts would be and what improvements could be made to make their jobs easier. It will be imperative to conduct interviews with the investors to ensure continued success of the project. Another way to gather information about requirements that are not formerly addressed would be to do an end user survey. The central part of the fact finding phase, is watching the current system and process. When the employers watch the system in action, it gives them another view at what they are doing and they should end up understanding the current system a lot better. This also allows them to make the necessary changes that they need and the chance to verify statements given in the interviews. Looking over the system and who is working there is very important to understanding what happens in the current situation. HR is looking for a much more mature system than what they already have. The information that is needed to begin developing the system can be acquired using the requirements modeling step.(Shelly, Cashman, Rosenblatt, 2003 p. 96). We will utilize the (RAD) techniques; Rapid Application Development will be put all together, along with interviews with essential employees, studying several documentaries,

reflections, plans for the future, and a cost and benefits analysis. After everything is said and done and all the information is found and accounted for, in-order for us to complete the enterprise modeling part we must continue structuring data, process, and object models with all attention on constructing a systems requirements document (Shelly, Cashman, Rosenblatt, 2003, p. 96). For the information to lead up to everyones expectations there will be a checklist to inquire everyones needs to be met over a short time period. Information that will be put into the Systems Design is for direct input by the employees. The System Design will check and see who will be available to who oversees the whole application process, how the application will be retrieved, and any other system automation. There are many things that the System Design will be able to do, including checking the business intelligence processing, giving many reminders of different things and control the built in system control. The interview method will comprise of many different kinds of people, such as managers, and staff, that are currently using the application in the HR department, as also, they will be asked many questions referring to many different fields of the system. They will also be asked why the tools currently used are important to the current HR system than any of the other tools that were earlier used and why these newer tools are much more efficient than the older tools. With these questions aligned, a reminder email will be sent out before the interview is to take place to let the interviewers know when their interview is to be taken place at. Interviews will be conducted in the employees office for multiple reasons, one being to make sure they are comfortable. Finally, document the interview with as many notes as possible to make sure that all information is recorded.(Shelly, Cashman, Rosenblatt, 2003, p.106).

Conclusion
Riordan Manufacturing is considered a leader in the plastic injection field Riordan is in need of a system that will draw in all of the parts of HR into one central location. The location that they need to have a very secure system, this involves many things to protect the information. It will be imperative to conduct interviews with the investors to ensure continued success of the project. Another way to gather information about requirements that are not formerly addressed would be to do an end user survey. We will utilize the (RAD) techniques; Rapid Application Development will be put all together, along with interviews with essential employees, studying several documentaries, reflections, plans for the future, and a cost and benefits analysis. There are many things that the System Design will be able to do, including checking the business intelligence processing, giving many reminders of different things and control the built in system control.
