TECHNOLOGY FOR ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM RELIABILITY

RPV-311 and RA331/RA332

DISTRIBUTED DIGITAL FAULT RECORDER SYSTEM

The RPV-311 and RA331/RA332 are modules of a distributed digital recording system for acquisition, monitoring, recording, and analysis of large amount of analog and digital electrical quantities of electric power systems. The RPV-311 and RA331/RA332 use optical communications to retrieve Faults, Disturbance, and SOE records. The electrical quantities are captured by RA331 or RA332 remote acquisition modules distributed throughout of existing panels in a substation or power plant. The RPV-311 is specially fitted for applications that require high performance, modularity, high number of channels and flexibility. Excellent intuitive graphical user interface for data analysis and equipment programming and operation. Customized data acquisition modules to meet the strict standards of the electric power generation, transmission and distribution industry. Continuous or triggered recording system. RPV-311- Processing Unit Up to 12 fiber optical links with the remote data acquisitions RA331/RA332 Up to 96 analog inputs and 384 digital inputs, using the remote data acquisitions RA331/RA332 Up to 256 binary quantities obtained from GOOSE messages in accordance with IEC 61850 Fault, Sequence of Events and Steady-state recorder Disturbance and Continuous recorder 4 relay signaling IRIG-B000 electrical and optical (optional) 2 Ethernet port of 100Mbits (electrical or optical) Standard serial port RS232 Harmonics measurement and recording Highly flexible triggering possibilities Easy integration of devices for larger installations Cross-trigger over standard network connection MODBUS Interface Web-Based graphical user interface Advanced communication features Lossless data compression Encrypted data transfer
