MyERAS User Guide - MyERAS user guide is available online. Mid-late June - Schools begin generating and distributing tokens to applicants.

July
July 1 July 15 - MyERAS Web site opens to applicants to begin working on their applications. - D.O. applicants begin selecting and applying to AOA residency programs only. - AOA residency programs begin contacting the ERAS PostOffice to download application files.

August September
September 15 - Applicants begin applying/transmitting their applications to ACGME accredited residency programs. - ACGME residency programs begin contacting the ERAS PostOffice to download applications.

October
October 1 - MSPEs are released to ACGME residency programs.* *Medical schools will upload the MSPE to the ERAS PostOffice according to their own schedule. Programs will download MSPEs once they become available; however, they will remain embedded in the PDWS until programs contact the PostOffice on October 1. October 15 - MSPEs are released to AOA residency programs.* *Medical schools will upload the MSPE to the ERAS PostOffice according to their own schedule. American Osteopathic Association (AOA) Match - AOA match results are available.

March
National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) - NRMP main residency match results are available. Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program (SOAP) The Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program (SOAP) is a collaboration between ERAS and the NRMP to replace the "Scramble" process during Match Week, March 11-15, 2013. May 31 - End of ERAS Season - MyERAS closes at 5:00 p.m. to prepare for the next ERAS season. Program Application Deadlines ERAS does not set program application deadlines; applicants need to contact programs directly for deadlines. The ERAS PostOffice, however, closes on May 31st (unless otherwise indicated) every year to prepare for the next ERAS application season. At that time all of our servers are purged of all applications and supporting documents. ERAS does not maintain records from year to year.
