Road, Fort Mumbai 400 001 with the terms and conditions as per Annexure A for formation of panel of Contractors for Head Office and residential premises in Mumbai & Thane city. Sealed quotations for technical bid are invited from the firms/ individuals who undertake various types of civil/ repairs and renovation jobs for commercial & residential premises for the Civil, Electrical, Carpentry, Aluminum windows, painting and furnishing works The sealed quotation should reach the Chief Manager, Estate & Establishment Department, The New India Assurance Building, 6th Floor, 87, M G Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 on or before 16th July 2012 up to 2.00 pm.

Sealed tenders are invited subject to following terms and conditions: 1. The blank tender forms will be available in the Estate Department, 6 th floor, The New India Assurance Building, 87, M. G. Road, Fort, Mumbai or can be down loaded from our Website. www.newindia.co.in Tenders shall be submitted (Technical Bids) should be sealed and superscribed as Empanelment of Contrctors. 2. The Tenderers are requested to inspect the site and get acquainted with the working conditions before quoting their rates. 3. The Tenderers should also understand the job thoroughly (scope of work is attached herewith) before bidding. 4. The Tenderers should fill items in the tender in the same manner and units as specified. 5. The Company reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. The Company also reserves the right to deviate/delete any or all items. 6. The sealed quotation should be dropped in tender box kept at 6th floor, Estate & Establishment Department, The New India Assurance Building, 87, M G Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 on or before 16th July 2012 before 3.00 pm.
