1st and 2nd Line advanced support work on international levels, mainly
regarding the software as built by Snow Software, but also others, e.g.
Microsoft products (Windows, SQL Server) and support on a technical
network level. Performs training sessions, mentoring, documentation,
testing, ordering hardware, among other various tasks. Developed,
implemented and filled the entire Knowledge Base system which is used
internally and by customers.

Operations and support responsibilities for nearly all server platforms on an
international level, and for all Swedish client computers, on software and
hardware level. Sole responsibility for the backup solutions used, also
migrated from Microsoft Office 2003 to Office 2007, and from Windows XP
to Windows 7.

systems, project managed deployments of IT systems, supported and
documented various systems and applications, also custom-made an
