Our beef and lamb are sourced from British farms and we only use free-range chicken and eggs. We use sustainable native fish wherever possible and, to avoid air-freighting, we buy British seasonable fruit and vegetables. We are sure you will enjoy the dining experienced that is Bartss and, for a short time at least, imagine you are soaking up the atmosphere of warmer climes.

Grilled Meats
At the heart of any Mediterranean restaurant is the grill, where the meat can release its flavours and any fat can be burned away. They know a bit about healthy eating over there! At Barts we prepare our grilled meats the European way, with subtle seasoning to bring out the taste and ensure that it arrives succulent and tender. All grilled meats are served with deep fried, seasoned, chunky chips, dressed mixed leaves, onion rings and our special Barts butter, made with our secret and delicious recipe to add that final touch. Our steaks are directly sourced from a number of West Country farms, are aged for a minimum of 21 days and are prepared by our chefs to bring out the true flavour of the meat. The weights shown are for a typical portion before cooking.
