A letterhead is the heading at the top of a sheet of letter paper. That heading usually consists of a name and an address, and a logo or corporate design, and sometimes a background pattern. Company Name Company Address Company Logo Company Phone Number Company E-Mail Address Company Address The Company Address should look something like this: Upper Shirley High Bellemoor Road Shirley Southampton SO15 7QU The address must start with your Company Name and then the Road or Street. Then the Town and the City. The Postcode Must be in CAPITAL LETTERS Font size: 12 Font Style: Arial or Time New Roman

Email & Phone Number The Company E-Mail needs to look something like the following: info@mars.com if it is a general E-Mail or p.steve@mars.com if it is a personal E-Mail

-The Company Phone Number needs to look something like this: 023 80656789 -You must have a space between the 023 and 80656789 -Example letterhead Task of the day 1 Choose a company name Load Publisher Select new Select Letterhead and choose a template Letterhead requirements: Company Logo Company Name Company Address Company Phone Number Company E-Mail Address Suitable layout and font (Arial/Times New Roman) Grammar/spelling.
