Please attach your completed coversheet to your typed answers to the following questions: Part 1: Club Overview What is your clubs purpose/goal? What is your membership body like? What kind of events do you hold? What kind of turnout do you get at your events? Who did you co-sponsor events with last year? What were your ideas for fundraising? Give us evidence: flyers, attendance numbers, publicity received, and success stories. Part 2: Future Plans Are there any new opportunities you are exploring or events you are planning this year? Of the successful events you are going to repeat, how are you going to make them better? If you are asking for more funds than last year, why should the AUCC expand your budget; what will you be able to add to the campus community with a bigger budget? Part 3: Fiscal Overview of Last Year (for returning clubs only) Please include the amount carried over from last fiscal year (displays as Opening Balance in OFAS). How did you spend the money you received last year? How much additional revenue did you receive from other sources and fundraising? Please itemize non-event and event purchases (for events, use format listed below). Please be as specific as you can. (For example, instead of listing Fundraising Materials $200 write Fundraising Materials - $200: $150T-Shirts, $50 Buttons.) Part 4: Events List your events providing: Event Names, Event Descriptions (What was the event? Why did you hold the event? How important was this event for your club (was it the main event of the semester/year)? Who and how many people came to the event? Where did you hold the event? When was the event?
