How to find IP address? Check the status of all connection If you are using Desktop with Ethernet connection you will just have LAN If you are using laptop with wireless connection it will show LAN as well as wireless

If its RedX it indicates that the network cable is unplugged check the cable.

If it says disable select the connection and right click on in and select enable
