Mens Ministry Kick-Off Breakfast Join Pastor Rocky on Saturday, September 15 at 8:00 a.m. for our Mens Ministry Kick-Off Breakfast. Running Together Special One Day Class Join Pastor Rocky on Saturday, September 29, from 8:45 a.m. 12:00 p.m., in the Student Center, as he teaches the complete Running Together Northside Membership Class. If youre new to Northside or if youre a member who hasnt previously attended, this class is for you! Childcare (ages 11 and under) will be provided by reservation only. Silver Saints Singers The Silver Saints Singers senior adult choir will resume on Monday, September 10 at 9:45 am in the Choir Room. Come enjoy a time of refreshments and fellowship as we discuss the upcoming semester. Under the direction of Darlene Cox, we will weekly prepare for our December 2nd musical, The Splendor of Christmas. We welcome any senior adult, age 55 or older with a passion to sing! Join Kay & David Arthur for a weekend Bible Conference at Northside on Friday and Saturday, October 5-6. (Friday, October 5: 7-10pm, Saturday, October 6: 9 am 5pm). This conference is for Men, Women & Young Adults. Ticket cost $50. After September 15, cost will be $60. Tickets are available at www.scprecept.org. Upward Sports Upward football and cheerleading is about to begin! Practice starts September 17, with games beginning September 29. We need volunteers for Saturday morning to assist with coaching (2 for K4-K5 and 4 for 1st - 2nd grade) , parking, concessions, and referees (10 needed)! Back to School Bash The student ministry will be hosting a Back to School Bash for middle and high schoolers at Northside on September 16 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. There will be a concert featuring Kim Baston and Company and PK One Day (concert starts at 6:00 p.m.), inflatables, corn hole, and more!
