Collaborate with 8 executive chairs and oversee a team of 14 coordinators and committee members, divided between four areas (food, volunteer, dancer services, and guest service)logging over 30 weekly office hours. 2012 DanceBlue Operational Statistics: $834, 424 raised for the UK Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Clinic; fastest-growing campus philanthropy in the nation; 95 teams; 730 dancers; 250 volunteers; 100% Overall Dancer Satisfaction via survey.

Worked on the Operations committee to develop an organizational system for dancer bags at the marathon. Led a team of 2 committee members to design a floor plan and secure drinks and snack for the dancers. Student Government Association, University of Kentucky, August 2011-Present
