Dear Shareholders and/or Investors:

I want to welcome you to the Company’s first monthly newsletter, and I am looking forward to keeping you updated about the
Company and its subsidiaries.

What innovations, entrepreneurship, and growth companies will make headlines in 2009? We think Bio-Clean International, Inc.
(OTCPK: BCLE) will be one.

Knowledge is about the past; entrepreneurship is about the future. The real source of all growth is human ingenuity and
entrepreneurship, which, surprising to most of us, thrive in the worst of times. We now have a world filled with the crisis of a
global economy slumping ever deeper, with accountants and economists laboring over statistics of trade gaps, tides of debt and
deficits, political bailouts and rebates, regulatory clamps and controls, all popping up in the name of progress. However, the
crucial conflict in every economy goes on and it is not between the rich and poor, Main Street and Wall Street, or even
government and the private sector. It is between the established system and the new forms of wealth rising up to displace it, all
the entrenched knowledge of the past and the insurrections of futuristic enterprise and invention.
Because the U. S. remains the world’s largest economy and still leads the world in business and
technological creativity, the current crisis is mostly confined to a plethora of bad decisions in the
world of finance. This too will pass, perhaps not as rapidly as one would wish, and our nation’s
