Responsible for forming & leading the group, in building an Innovation Management framework for CSP.
Managed the development & implementation of Brainy (Idea Management System), TRUST Forge
(Collaborative Development Environment), triniti (Innovation Management Framework), C3 Innovation
Methodology, Synapses 2.0 (Web 2.0 applications framework), various BPM solutions including V-Insured
(Vehicle Insurance claims processing framework in PRPC, with integration to Google Maps).

CRM & BPM Testing practice, CSP, Cognizant, Bangalore '05 May – '07 Sept
Responsible for forming & growing the group, in business development activities (pre-sales
presentations, client meetings/workshops, driving proposal creation, etc.), in overlooking the practice
functions (recruitment, training, quality, resource management, etc.), in defining testing
methodologies, building testing frameworks (Siebel & Pega) and test management tools (TRUST).
Created BPM Testing CoE and defined TRUST Matrix for BPM testing. Managed ~125 associates & > 10
projects.

Also managed the first projects for Cognizant from SAP Labs India, EDS USA, Nokia Singapore;
subsequent to successful completion of which Cognizant was awarded further projects.

Credit Suisse, Kolkata & Switzerland (Oelten, Zurich, Bern) '02 Aug – '04 Oct
Responsible for winning the first project based on PegaWORKS. Was onsite coordinator for multiple NPS
projects and also involved in interacting with the customer to bring more projects in PegaWORKS space.
Also helped new comers to Switzerland in settling down. Played a crucial role in building Switzerland
presence during the period. Networked with many local vendors & potential customers.

Pega Competency, CSP, Cognizant, Kolkata 2000 – 2005

Responsible for building the Pega competency from ground up in technical skills. Installed the first
PegaWORKS server in India. Created courseware for PegaWORKS and trained ~200 associates in the same.
Played a pivotal role in winning Sears, Roebuck & Co's first project, JPMC's Pega based projects and
Pegasystems' testing projects which lead to the winning of L3 support.
