GEAUGACOUNIY, OHIO
Plaintiff,
This matter comes on for c nsideration on the Court's own motion. The Court finds that Porta' e-Geauga Detention Center has requested that the Court consider transfer of Defentnt from the Detention Center to the Geauga County
Safety Center. The Defendant aptarently will be an adult soon (September 19. 2012) and the Safety Center is an adult retention facility designed to house adults. The Court finds that transfer of Defendant to the Safety Center would facilitate his attendance at upcoming Cou1 hearings given the proximity of the Safety Center versus the Detention Center.
WHEREFORE,
the Geauga County Safety Center on Monday, September 24, 2012 unless good cause can be demonstrated that such transfer should not take place. The transfer shall be by the Geauga County Sheriff's Office. Defendant shall remain at the Geauga County Safety Center thereafter until further order of Court. Defendant's bond is amended consistent with the foregoing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
