A body was found Saturday morning that investigators have confirmed is Nathan Alan Tracy, a 19-year-old Trenton man last seen at a hit-andrun crash Sept. 5 in Pittsfield Township.
Township police sent out a notice Friday that his family had not heard from him since before the crash and reported him missing. His body was found at about 10:38 a.m. Saturday Tracy in a retention pond near the entrance of Weatherstone Condominium complex, according to police. A maintenance worker from the complex found the body in the area of
Oak Valley and Weatherstone drives. Pittsfield Township police were immediately called and officers were sent to the scene. Initial efforts to positively identify the body were unsuccessful, according to police, although his identity was later confirmed through dental records. Tracys family was notified and an autopsy was
performed Sunday A cause . of death has not yet been released. A funeral will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Faith United Methodist Church in Trenton. The crash Tracy was involved in occurred at about 11:30 p.m. Sept. 5 in the area of Oak Valley Drive and Ranchero Drive, according to Pittsfield Township police. A witness there spoke to Tracy, a driver at the crash. Tracy was seen leaving the scene on foot before police arrived. He was last

n Ann Arbor man is using his bursts of creativity to help shed some light and hope onto a sometime dark and negative world. Christian Rasmussen has been involved in art his whole life and, although he is not an artist by trade, he still is drawn to the craft to relieve stress and share his creations with the world. His most recent work, The Forest and the Trees, will be entered in this years Art Prize in Grand Rapids later this month. Rasmussen, 61, always wanted to be an artist. Rasmussen at age 22, he hiked across the spent ve years taking 1,000 images to cull down to 100-plus for the work, which he will enter in Art Prize in country and drew sketches Grand Rapids. The suspect is described as a Chinese man who is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, has short hair, and an average build. He had a clean and neat appearance, and he spoke in a thick Chinese accent. The second sexual assault occurred Sept. 1 during the season-opener football game at Michigan Stadium. A student told police the suspect responsible grabbed her leg and chest. The suspect in this case is described as an Asian man with light skin who is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and about 180 pounds with a stocky, muscular build. His black hair had a buzz haircut that was slightly grown out and he is clean shaven. He was wearing a baseball cap, light pink shorts, blue sunglasses, and a shirt of unknown color. He did not have an accent. A 19-year-old Ann Arbor woman was sexually assaulted at about 2:45 a.m. Sept. 3 by a man who came up and grabbed her from behind while she was out walking in the 1800 block of Washtenaw Avenue. The suspect grabbed the chest and crotch of the woman, according to police. She screamed, prompting the suspect to run from the area. He was last seen running on foot on Washtenaw toward Hill Street.

Ann Arbor and University of Michigan police are investigating several recent cases of inappropriate touching, two of which occurred on campus while the third was off campus. It is unknown whether the three cases are related, according to university police. A University of Michigan student was approached between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Aug. 31 by a suspect while at the Ruthven Museums building on campus. He talked to her in both Chinese and limited English, according to university police, and he also rubbed her elbow and grabbed her buttocks during the encounter.
Two employees of Ricks American Caf in Ann Arbor were attacked early Sept. 2 while they were taking out trash in a nearby alley. At about 2:20 a.m., a suspect ran up to one of the employees in the 600 block of South Forest and grabbed a garbage can, according to police. The suspect started to run with it and when the employee, a 19-yearold Ann Arbor man, approached, the suspect began to punch him. The second employee, a 22-year-old Ann Arbor man, witnessed the attack and went to help
his coworker. However, he was knocked to the ground by three additional suspects who appeared in the area and they began punching him, too, according to police. A nearby police officer heard the commotion and discovered the fight. The officer yelled police and the suspects took off running into the adjacent parking structure. The second employee suffered an abrasion on the head during the assault. One of the suspects is described as a black man in his 20s with a medium build and hair in cornrows. He was
