1. Students, faculty, staff and alumni must present a valid UAB ID. 2. Others may rent equipment with a deposit. 3. Reservations may be made up to four weeks in advance with payment and a completed reservation agreement form. 4. LATE CHARGES WILL BE ASSESSED EQUAL TO THE REGULAR RATE FOR EVERY DAY LATE. 5. Refunds for equipment rentals will be given if canceled 48 hours in advance. We are not responsible for refunding due to inclement weather or canceled plans. 6. Persons renting equipment will be responsible for damages incurred during the rental period. CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE EQUIPMENT. 7. All boat rentals are as a package (boat, life jacket(s), paddle(s), etc. are included). * Current UAB students, faculty, staff, CRCT members, and alumni (with NAS card).
