We are currently hiring for the following positions:


CASINO POSITIONS:

Table Games Dealer: Prior casino dealing experience required. Must be able to stand for extended lengths of time, have good math skills, and be able to follow detailed instructions. Manual and finger dexterity required. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
Sous Chef: At least two years cooking experience in a dinner house. Experience in fish filleting, cutting, and making a variety of sauces is required. Cooks on a line and delegates food orders to be prepared in an order to facilitate customer service. Able to saut, cook, grill, and steam. Must be fast and able to handle up to thirtyfive orders at a time. Good communication skills a must. Must have patience and ability to train others. Must have valid food handlers card. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.

Patron Shuttle Bus Driver Level I: Previous customer service experience recommended. Must be able to reach, grasp, stand and walk while cleaning the exterior and interior of the casino shuttle buses and have the ability to lift 50 pounds with the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must provide a recent copy of driving abstract. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.

Valet Attendant: Previous valet parking attendant experience preferred. Must have valid Washington State Drivers License, good driving record with current driving abstract, and the ability to be insured and bonded. Must be friendly and courteous, and be able to provide high level of guest service. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. FOOD & BEVERAGE POSITIONS: RESTAURANT: Extra Board Food Server: Minimum two years high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience is required. Must have good grooming habits and manners with ability to provide excellent guest service. Must be able to follow specific instructions and have a valid food handlers card. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours, have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.

Extra Board Hostess/Cashier: Six months restaurant experience required. Greets guests, finds suitable table for number of guests and acts as cashier. Must be able to make correct change and calculate daily receipts. Must have valid food handlers card and good manual and finger dexterity for operation of computerized sales register. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours and have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.

BAR: Extra Board Bartender: Bartending School recommended. Experience may substitute for schooling. One year experience bartending. Must know all cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks. Good communication skills required. Must have valid food handlers card. Must be neat, clean and professional and able to work well with customers and coworkers and have the ability to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. Extra Board Beverage Server: Bartending School helpful. Six months experience cocktail serving required. Must be able to stand and walk for extended lengths of time. Ability to work with POS systems. Ability to work well with guests and co-workers and have good communication skills. KITCHEN: Baker Level II: Two years of culinary training is required and three or more years experience in related field. Additional education and related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time; walking; using hand and arm motion; lifting, stirring, carrying ingredients, pastries and baked goods weighing up to 40 pounds. Must have valid food handlers card. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. Extra Board Fry Cook: Culinary training preferred and/or at least two years experience in line, prep or pantry cooking. Experience in grilling, broiling and sauting. Preps red meat and pastas. Must be fast and capable of working on as many as 30 orders at a time. Must be able to coordinate cooking times with co-workers, have knowledge of food decoration and food temperatures, and be able to prepare food quickly and efficiently while maintaining good personal health standards. Must have valid food handlers card and be able to stand for longer than 8 hours. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. Steward: Must be able to handle receiving food, supplies and materials for the kitchen and take a daily inventory. Valid food handlers card required with one year experience in a high volume full service restaurant. Knowledge of proper food storage procedures required. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours, have the ability to lift 40 pounds and the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. SECURITY POSITIONS: Security Officer Level II: Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License and provide a recent copy of Department Motor Vehicles driving abstract. Must have excellent driving record and be able to be insured and bonded. Excellent communication and guest service skills is required. Must be able to learn and follow detailed security manual procedures and possess basic report writing skills. Must be able to lift 75 pounds and the physical capabilities to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. FACILITIES POSITIONS: Grounds Keeper: At least one year in landscape work required. Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment including blower, lawn mower, edger and the ability to drive a street sweeper. Must have complete knowledge of PVC pipe, sprinkler layout, glues, and general repair. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours, have the ability to lift 75 pounds, and the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
