Payment Processor Reconciliation for Cassandra

This document establishes how to handle payment processor reconciliation for Cassandra Visa and MasterCard.

5.0 Procedure:

A) Deposit Transaction Search 1) Go to <https://securetrading.net/merchantServices/>. 2) Login with the User ID and Password 3) Select Transactions 4) Enter the appropriate date range dd/mm/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy if different than the default. 5) In optional fields, check the box Order Ref to include the Transfer IX. All other settings can be left as default depending on the search needed. 6) Select Search 7) For further information, including the address and email address of the depositor, select the Transaction Ref of the appropriate transaction. B) ProcessingFailed Deposits 1) Open the Deposit queue in WAT 2) Check the status of the transaction on the merchant account as listed in the Result column: a) Result 1, Successful Enter the Cassandra Transaction Ref as Auth Code 1 Leave Auth Code 2 blank Notate Cass Visa/MC DEP: Approved by processor.

Select Accept Deposit b) Result 0 or 2, Error/Failure/Decline Fail the transaction in WAT Notate Cass Visa/MC DEP: Declined by processor.

c) Not Found on Cassandra Site Fail the transaction in WAT Notate Cass Visa/MC DEP: not found on processor site.

6.0 Definitions:

1) Order Ref: references the transaction by the Transfer IX used to identify the transaction in WAT. 2) Result: Status of each transaction: 0 for an error; 1 for a success; 2 for a failure / decline.
