Research and allied experience: Assisted in Faculty research project on Fish culture in laterite stone quarries for culture of Indian Major Carps Assisted in Faculty research project on Observations on oyster spatfall in Bhatye and Purnagad creek of Ratnagiri district Assisted in Faculty research project on Finfish seed resources of Ratnagiri coast Hands-on training on Fresh water fish breeding and hatchery management and culture practices during 2nd year of my degree course for about 10 days conducted by the college at College of Fishery Science, Nagpur. Satisfactorily completed the Laboratory Management and Basic Analysis of Soil, Water and Food Course Organized by the Centre for Community Development, Shivaji University, Kolhapur at Nikhil Analytical and Research Laboratory, Sangli. Worked as a trainee at Gadre Marine Products Pvt. Ltd, Ratnagiri for 28 days as a part of my work experience and have got a fruitful experience in sea foods export technology, maintaining quality of the food products while processing them for export, Quality control, Laboratory technology (microbial analysis of the processed foods), etc. Participated in the International level Matsyagandha Mumbai 2010, Mahafish Festival, India organized by Department of Fisheries, Government of Maharashtra, National Fisheries Development Board, Hyderabad and Maharashtra Fisheries Development Corporation Limited, Mumbai. Satisfactorily completed the training programme on Advances in Marine Fisheries conducted by the Fishery Survey of India, Mumbai for 2 days. Satisfactorily completed 240 hours of work and attended National Services Schemes (NSS) special Camping for 7 days at Nagpur Satisfactorily completed the training programme on Value Added Fish Products conducted by the College Of Fisheries, Shirgaon-Ratnagiri.
