Kanwarjit singh s/o Piara Singh R/o A-125 Hari Nagar Clock Tower New Delhi -110064 on 12/2/2011 to best of my father s capacity and means, which fell short of expectation of my husband and his family members. Right from day 1 of my marriage, my husband and his family members have been harrassing me through different ways and means and compelling me to bring dowry in form of articles and cash. Upon failure to meet their everlasting demands, they turned me from the matrimonial home on 22/6/2011 in wearing apparels while I was pregnant. Since then i am staying with my parents who are looking after me and meeting my entire requirements. On 23/11/2011 I was blessed with a baby girl at Dashmesh Charitable Hospital Jail Road New Delhi- 110018 on account of certain complications I was shifted to Amarleela Hospital and was treated in I.C.U. My husband and his father tried to remove my daughter from my custody at such a crucial stage and despite my reluctance have been visiting the said nursing home and influencing the doctor and the staff to hand over the child to them. A copy of the compliant lodged by my father at P.S. Hari Nagar New Delhi- 110064 is attached here with on 25th Nov 2011. Somehow a month back, I reached some understanding with my in-laws and I left for them. On 19/4/2012 I was tortured so much mentally and in the morning my mother in law Smt. Harjit Kaur pulled my hair so ruthlessly and my Kanwarjit Singh slapped me. I got so much terrified that in order to save my life I was compelled to leave the house of my in-laws and rush to my parents house B-43 Asha Park Jail Road New Delhi- 110018. At 9:00 am on 19/4/2012 I called up 1091 and the PCR people came and told some I.O. by the name Aditya,that he will be coming to sort out the matter, but he did not turned up. At 13:30 hrs I got a call that Sh. Raj Kumar S.I. will be attending me from P.P. Hari Nagar New Delhi. But this exercise was also vague. I was asked to submit a written compliant, which I did, copy attached, but Mr. Raj Kumar S.I. PP Hari Nagar told me that I should go the P.S. Hari Nagar New Delhi as

Asha Park is not in his jurisdiction. Such was the response after i called to 1091. Finally I had to go to P.S. Hari Nagar to deliver the complaint. It is requested that the action may kindly be taken against Sh. Kanwarjit Singh, Piara Singh and Harjit Kaur and the I.O Sh Aditya and S.I Raj Kumar may be asked to become more sensitive for such human sufferings.
