    Executive Board Meeting September 26, 2012 Minutes per meeting Start 3:30 Location: Plant Pepper • Started without Matt • Who has the key? o Update Ellyse was sick for Thursday but will submit the key tomorrow and also get the key cards for the group • First General meeting September 27 o Update done by Ysrael instead of Matt o 3-0 Ellyse proposed that we hold the first meeting in C-216 and if we like it we will put in the request for the room. As well at contact everyone through all of our modes of communication. o Ellyse proposed Rescinded: Instead people will write their own talents and abilities of their own personality traits o 3-0 Airplane game-Ellyse proposed that we keep the game open to the groups discretion as long as we keep it within the realm of respect and appropriateness o Blind Polygon- Ellyse will get rope • Mail – Robert will send out an email blast by 9pm • At 4:06pm Matt arrives • Promotional Items o Robert update gave the link for www.CampusMarketing.com o Matt will be looking up the catalog, prices and estimates • Tabling o Update: Robert needs to pass on the info about the tabling and other events as they are presented o Ellyse- All Day o Yzzie- 11:30- o Robert- 12:30-1:30 o Matt- 10:30-11:30 o Joey 2-2:30 • Mail Chimp o Update Yzzie: Robert has failed to contact me about MailChimp o Update Robert: Robert has nothing to say in his defense • Passwords o Update: ******** • Club Fair o Robert informed the group about the Club Fair.
