CHESTERFIELD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting The Board of Directors of Chesterfield Village Homeowners Association, Inc., a Missouri nonprofit corporation, held a meeting at the Chesterfield Village Homeowners Association Clubhouse in Springfield, Missouri on September 10 at 7:00 p.m., pursuant to the notice published in the newsletter. The following board members were present: Michael Olmsted (President), Lorna Hammock (Vice President), Jennifer Choi (Treasurer), Edd Liniger (Neighborhood Watch), and Chad Carter (Clubhouse). Homeowner Richard Cantrell was also present. A. Secretarys Report Minutes from August 6, 2012 meeting were distributed and read. A motion was made (Lorna Hammock), seconded (Jennifer Choi) and passed to accept the minutes. B. Treasurers Report Treasurer Jennifer Choi reported on the following changes that were made since the August 2012 meeting: Taxes were filed and accepted for the Homeowners Association. It was noted that all billing should be directed through the HOA official address and all inquiries should be handled by the Treasurer. Billing for HOA dues will be mailed Nov 1 with a Dec 1st issue and due date. C. Clubhouse Chad Carter reported 3 rentals in August. D. Neighborhood Watch No new business E. New Business and updates on Old Business Friday Trash Pick-Up: Trash company is aware of the need to switch days and projects a change of pickup around October. New trash pickup day may necessitate a "special edition" newsletter to get the information to owners. Tues or Thursday pickup would be preferable. Summit School: Michael updated the administration that we have ended our agreement with the school for common area rights. Mailboxes: on Dearborn: not in use by the condo owners: Condo board approved selling the HOA the size matching mailboxes for $100 each. Edd made a motion to purchase and Chad seconded. Motion passed (proposed storage in upstairs clubhouse and available for sale to HOA residents in need of a replacement)

City of Springfield: Issue raised about the city taking over ownership and therefore maintenance of the Westview (from Butterfield to Dearborn). Would require city council approval. Fall/Halloween Party: Lorna Hammock stated that planning is underway for the Halloween Party on October 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. The party was advertised in the newsletter.

Motion to adjourn by Lorna Hammock; seconded by Chad Carter. Motion passed.
