In July 2012, social activist Moshe Silman self-immolated during social protest in Tel Aviv. The
opening lines of his suicide letter accuse the Tel Aviv District Court of obstructing his access to
justice. Review of the records of the Court reveals conduct of simulated litigation, involving
judges, clerks, and attorneys in the Tel Aviv District Court and in the Supreme Court of the State
of Israel. The attached record was filed in person by Requester1, Dr Joseph Zernik, in the Tel
Aviv District Court.

On August 26, 2012, Requester1, Dr Joseph Zernik, filed for registration in the Tel Aviv District
Court the following records:
1. Request by Requester1 for a copy of the Court's July 31, 2012 Decision, signed by the
appropriate judicial authority, and certified by the Clerk of the Court, since the record
appears on its face as a simulated court record, and a Request for due service of the
Court's decision on instant Request
2. Notice of unavailability
Filing of papers for registration in the Tel Aviv District Court today is conducted:
a. With no signature by the individual staff member of the office of the Clerk of the Court
in the designated space of the stamp "RECEIVED", and
b. With no access by Requester1 to the list of papers in this case.
Therefore, Requester1 is unable to ascertain, whether the above papers were indeed received for
registration, or were only subjected to simulated registration. Therefore, Requester1 cannot
ascertain, whether instant service is lawful service, or only simulated service.
