Fill out the online registration form at: http://tinyurl.com/MYCRegForm

NOTE: Simply sending the scanned deposit slip or filling out the online registration form without sending the necessary details shall not be considered as a valid registration.

Post-Registration Convention Proper: (For Academic Event Participants):

Present the hard copy of your deposit slip. Present the copy of your waiver. You may download the copy at:

Present the following requirements (Requirements A and B): Requirement A: For Interregional Events (SGV Cup and Meet the Standards): 1. Endorsement Letter from RC 2. Endorsement Letter from LC For Interschool Events (CAT Cup Series, Case Study, EOs Encounter): 1. Endorsement Letter from LC Requirement B: Copy (photocopy/print) of registration form from respective school certifying that you are currently enrolled in schools current semester or term.
