Envelopes are available in the pews and the back of church again this weekend, or you may make a gift online at www.archlou.org/CSA. Every gift matters since the funds will be used in pastoral, educational, and charitable ministries that will reach thousands of individuals and families, as well as every parish and school in our Archdiocese. The Year of Faith is a summons to an authentic and renewed conversion to the Lord, the One Savior of the world (Porta Fidei 6). In other words, the Year of Faith is an opportunity for Catholics to experience a conversion to turn back to Jesus and enter into a deeper relationship with Him. The door of Faith is opened at ones baptism, but during this year Catholics are called to open it again, walk through it and rediscover and renew their relationship with Christ and his Church. You may read Archbishop Joseph Kurtz reflections of the Synod of the new Evangelization on his Synod blog, accessed through Archlou.org. Our parishs Why Catholic? faith-sharing groups continue to meet each week contact Deacon Carl if you have any questions. Pray first and be open to where God is leading you.
