Thursday will be the day. o 4-0 Ellyse propose that she will definitely submit her key by the start of the General Meeting this Thursday, October 18, 2012.The Bank o Budget Allocations – Ellyse – Kim Sanchez called and cancelled and Ellyseand Matt must sit down and figure out when Ellyse and him can meet upand figure out when they can meet up with Ms. Sanchez. They willcontact Ms. Sanchez next week with that proposal. o The Vault – Matt – No purchases can be processes cause of the missedmeeting between Matt, Ellyse, and Kim Sanchez. o The Board Games – Ellyse is going to continue with the looking up of bargain shopping. o Budget report – Matt – The Budget report must be handed in Thursday,October 30, 2012.Promotional Items o Joseph – Emailed them and hasn’t heard anything back. Tabling EventsEvents o 4-0 General Meetings – Do we like E-112? Matt proposes that we use E-112 till we have an issue in the future. Ellyse amended that we keep E-112 and at 5pm we move it elsewhere to keep the peace with ourneighbors. o 4-0 Ellyse proposed that Joseph goes to meet Ruby tomorrow from 11:30-12:30 to request room E-112 Thursday, from 3-5pm. o October 11, 2012 – Vinnie will be contacting Mr. Brown as to what isgoing to happen to the editing project. He will hopefully be able to get ahold of him in a few days. We want to know if we give him the video filesif that will be enough. o October 18, 2012 - Robert will hopefully have these things done byWednesday. o Ellyse proposed that Robert put in the paperwork for the tabling eventsfor November this Thursday October 18, 2012. o Bullying panel – Robert will talk to Matt about what has been discussedand will bring Ellyse up to speed with the project. Matt and Robert willdiscuss when to meet up with each other o Gender Roles Workshop – Joseph hasn’t been able to get a hold of Kahlil so at this time, there is no update. o Gay Resume Building- Vinnie got a hold of several different people as tohow this was going to unfold and has the Speech department tocollaborate on the Gay Resume workshop. This Thursday, October 18,2012, he may not be able to attend and next week he may have to leavethe General Meeting early to go to downtown Brooklyn. o Robert proposed that we table the Domestic Violence event till Robert and Ellyse are done with the Bullying Panel event.
