Childhood Dreams

In our childhood we had so many desires infact dreams because we were too little to know the word desire.

Dreams belong to inner self which can be your feeling, perception and all those people and things that not only attract but also fascinate you.

So what is the point which is common?

Sana Jamal
I wanted to fly in the air to feel the pureness of the nature. I tried the following ways in my immaginatios.

It was practical but only the plane of card board enjoyed the flight.

Dania Farah
My dreams were more practical. I always wanted to help others to contribute positively in the society. Even though I liked the way air hostess serve the people. I wish I would always be the helping hand for others.

Lets help each other in difficulties to make this world to live in.

We should take the responsibility to clean our environment and behave as civilized citizens. I am determined enough to give reality to my childhood dream.

Karim Merchant
I was passionate dreamer about the soldiers. Their uniform, personality and the way the talk and walk just mesmerized me a lot.

I can assure I would be fierce competitor who lives to save his countrys geographical boundaries. Patriotism is in my blood.

Muahmmad Shoaib Saeed

I had multidimensional dreams but those were quite related to each other. Singing is something which used to satisfy me a lot. Though I am not very good singer but it is good as far as I am listening myself.

I wish I could learn how to become a guitarist. It is still my desire to make some tunes which can create soothing environment and please the people.

Film or Ad Making is my passion to give execution to my ideas. In these fields Pakistan is lacking creativity.

And last but not the least its my wild imagination which is acting to do various roles. I think actors are influencers therefore after doing MBA I like business leaders because they are true actors, planers, motivators and great presenters. All time Favorites are (Late) Steve Jobs and living legend Jeff Bezos.

Habit Cleanliness

Well we all are agreed we are not obsessed about cleanliness but we are not those who have no problem with the dirt either. We belong to that group which says pleasant environment is conducive for health as well as for the society. At least do the following not only in your home but also outside of it.

Respect, Serve and love our Parents

Discussing about the priorities in life, we were amazed to know that taking good care of our parents and spending more time with family was the first priority of all of us!

We all want CHANGE

We are optimistic but we are realistic first. Every problem is a result of many mistakes so the solution always lies by addressing them amicably.

Political System:

We are fed with current tried and tested leadership which

has no vision to lead the country as well as it has no solution of peoples problems. This is not democracy its just like jigsaw puzzle between the political elite. Whether they are feudal lords, industrialists, civil and for some extent military establishment are the stake holders of current turbulent and economically disastrous situation of the country.

Education System:

A country which has so many different education

systems can only built confused youth. It has elite school systems for the rich people where fee of one student is equal to the monthly income of three poor families. Look at the difference and just imagine that what would be the confidence level of these students when they compete with the elite ones.

Some other issues:

There are other several issues which we can elaborate

e.g. Male domination in the society, Workforce diversity, Ineffective Judicial System, Ethnicity, Radicalization so on and so forth. But we also know that most of these issues are also intensively prevailing in SO CALLED Civilized Societies, Western World and some of the well developed countries.

Innovation Engine (IE)

Every member of our team is playing one part of the innovation engine because of our educational backgrounds as well as professional fields.

Sana:

I did the masters in Mass Communication. I am right now working in a

newspaper as reporter so my job is to bring the news. As it is outdoor job most of the times I am observing society for various points of views whether it is celebrity wedding, music concert, religious occasions (Eid or Christmas) and Cultural Festivals (Fashion Shows). My job tells it all is to keep an eye on Culture element of IE.

Dania:

I did BS in Psychology. I am teacher by profession my education is

helping me to understand psyche and behavior of the students and this sense of adaptability enables me to mould their attitude towards studies more effectively. I am addressing the Attitude aspect of IE.

Karim:

My education is Chartered Accountancy which is in process as well as

doing article ship in an organization. As it is audit firm we give our input to the various clients for the utilization of financial resources. Hence on the basis of education and experience I am using Knowledge of IE in my job.

Shoaib:

I have completed MBA in Marketing and a diploma in Supply Chain

Management. After got the training I am about to take the exam of SAP certification in Material Management (Procurement). Because of economy and my attitude I am not physical involved in an organization. I am free lance writer in order to write blogs, essays and doing outsourced projects of the students. I also work as Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) which is to enhance the viewership of the websites by writing impressive content for the users. When viewership of one website increases it generates revenue because of getting higher ratings in Search Engine. Therefore my writing enables me to be the part of IE as Resource generator.
