PROPERTIES ABCH5200A is a product specially created to develop the Abeplate CTP Evolution, although it is highly effective in other similar manufacturer products. It means for plates which parameter of treatment in a CTP platesetter are 830nm or 1064nm. ABCH5200A Its a mixture of alkaline salts for cleaning quickly and totally the non-printed part of the offset thermal plate. ABCH5200A it gets an excellent dot definition. ABCH5200A offers a high security of using thanks to its additives that make a pad effect on the plates.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE Before using our developer for the first time on thermal plates, we suggest a thorough cleansing of the process machine, in order to avoid dissolving the sediment of the developer used before. The required temperature of using is between 22C and 25C, depending of the developing speed. Developing speed: 90/100 cm/mn. Developing replenishment: 150 ml/m2 for a tank of 30 litres. All these parameters are average value and can have differeces depending of the plate types or brands used. 9. PRESENTATION Container of 20 litres / Pallet of 42 containers. (Changes of capacity container without prior warning can be produced). Industrial use only.

Preventive measures Use a adequate protection equipment, gloves and protection for eyes and face. 12. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS

The removal must be conducted in accordance with the current legislation and local regulations. You can lay waste to drain; if necessary before neutralising dilute with at least 3 parts of water. Otherwise, it can be formed a not dumpable gel. As neutralising it is recommended 5% hydrochloric acid.
