Recruitment / Re sourcing & Development Man Power Planning. Identifying the requirement needs, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinatin g interviews for getting the best suitable candidates on board. Scheduling and coordinating interviews Prepare Job description for various positions. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with Heads of different fun ctional & Operational areas, organising selection interviews and induction programs. Ensuring Joining Formalities of the selected candidates. Training & Development Preparing the annual training calendar. Conducting the Training programme according to the needs of the employees. Scheduling the training programmes for various departments. Arranging the training programme in the convenient time with out any loss in the productivity. Encouraging on-the job training programme by the internal capable senior employe es by motivating them. Arranging External trainers for the up gradation of the employees knowledge. Collecting the feedback from the employees and analysing the Objectives and Bene fits of the programme. Payroll Process Updating the master List of the Employees Updating Changes in the Grade, Salary Structure etc. Generation of reports like Salary Register, downloading of Payslips and bank sta tements. Uploading of Salary details like Attendance for the calendar month, OT, Compensa tions, Annual benefits and overall assisting in processing of Pay Roll. Personnel & Statutory Compliance Handling Recruitment process and taking care of the induction programs and Exit formalities. Handling and Training and Development Programs Developing the control measure for absenteeism control. Controlling the contractors & contract labour. Handling time office independently. Handling Med claim and arranging for medical check ups. Ensure proper maintenance of registers/ timely submission of reports. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, welfare and other such activities. Keeping all the records of the employees of the company. Controlling of E.S.I.C. & Labour Welfare fund Returns. Looking after balanced Score cards and business plans. Maintenance of retention Strategies, Disciplinary Actions. Ensuring proper Awards/ Recognitions for the employees. General Administration Overseeing corporate events like seminars, conference, trainings including arran gements for the events. Looking after upkeep of leave records, attendance details. Taking care of the house keeping, security systems, and canteen. Arranging vehicles for the customer visits and other company travels. Taking care of the Gratuity. Maintaining of taxes returns and renewals.
