We will make all efforts to render uninterrupted service, which will enable us to develop long relationship in years to come.

Terms and Conditions

Payment: 100% Advance Payment by Bank Draft drawn in favor of Innovative Subscription Services Payable at New Delhi. We can also accept your institutional payment policy applicable for subscriptions of journals/E-Journals, Books, Online Journals etc. Conversion Rates: As per Your current/prevailing conversion rate policy / GOC Term. Subscription Rates/Prices: All subscription rates / prices charged are as per the Publisher's pricing policy 2013 applicable for India and third world countries. However, the latest subscription prices/rates would be applicable at the time of remittance of your orders Claim Settlement: We also undertake to replace all non-supplied/missing issues and/or refund their proportionate/pro-rata amounts. In addition to this we undertake to settle all the claims within 6 months after the expiry of subscription period. Deliveries: Deliveries would commence within 12-15 weeks of receiving your payments. All deliveries would be made to you by Hand and or Courier. Missing Issues: We undertake full responsibility for any non-supplied/Missing issues. However, all claims must be raised with us on or before the Completion of 3 months, as many Publishers do not entertain claims after that period.
