Our business plan is related to the photo copy, net caf and photo studio services. Mandian Abbottabad have lack of these services, because there is a lot of educational institutions ,students hostels and also a high class families are living there. Especially students of Comsats, Ayub medical complex and UET Peshawar campus are facing these problems. In this area three internet caf, two photo copy shops and one photo studio shop cannot fulfill customers needs. Existing market purchase products and services at high cost. These situations give us stand to start this kind of business.

Goals and Objectives

As the popularity of the Internet continues to grow at an exponential rate, easy and affordable access is quickly becoming a necessity of life. Abbot Photocopier & Net Caf provides customers with the ability to access the Internet by low pricing structure. We make professional quality photographs easily available in a digital format. We do this by using a good quality and low pricing structure as compared existing market.

Short Term
In the 1st year, we will start our business with internet caf, printing facility and simple photo copy. we will get financing to buy facility.

Medium Term
In the 2nd year, we will enhance our business by including scanning property of documents, color printing or duplicate property.

Long Term
In the 3rd year of our business, we will include photo studio .Which will enhance our business to earn large range of income.

Product and Services

Abbot Photocopier & Net Cafe business provide better services to their customers. High quality photos High quality printing papers High internet services 10% less price as compared to the existing market. And provide superior services to the customers.

Industry
We will purchase good quality raw material to compete with the existing market .We will purchase good quality papers from century mill in Jamber Patoki .

Location
Our business shop will be located near Global book centre. Because this location is our target market interest area. In this area three net caf , one photo copy shop and one photo studio shop. Another advantage is that we start these businesses collectively. Major concern to this location is that our business shop will be on the main road and centre of three main education institutions Ayub medical complex, Comsats and UET.

Form of Ownership
We will be established our business as a partnership. In this business we are two partners. Muhammad Irfan Khubaib Farooqi We invest our best sources on 50% sharing. We will be Responsible for any loss in the business. We will divide profit fifty fifty. Duration of partnership will be six years.

Management and Staffing

Abbot photocopier and net caf is partnership and operated by Mr. Irfan and Mr. Khubaib Farooqi. Our business,being small in nature, require a simple

organizational structure. Implementation of this organizational structure form call for the partners, to make all decisions in addition to monitoring all other business activities.

Personnel Plan
The staff will consist of three employees working on monthly basis. In addition, one full-time technician will be employed to work on monthly basis. This simple structure provides a great deal of flexibility and allows communication to disperse quickly and directly. This strategy will enable Abbot photocopier & Net Cafe to react quickly to changes in the market.

Marketing
Our target customers will be College graduates High school graduates Universities students Office workers Seniors We will use fliers for the advertisement of our business. We will distribute fliers in educational institutions like Comsats. Personal card with shop name and address.
