Motorola Customer, Effective November 30th, 2009 Motorola made significant improvements to the Test Equipment ordering process that enables fast and accurate configuring of Service Monitor products. This resulted in a change of Motorola part numbers for all Service Monitor products from General Dynamics and Aeroflex and also requires that all orders be placed on Motorola Online. This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to place a Service Monitor order with Motorola as well as configure the order with options using Motorola Online.
