In the classroom, children are bound to move. Whether you guide this movement or let it happen without structure, its something that can either be fought, or embraced. According to brain research and according to brain gym and active based learning, movement helps stimulate the brain and allow the learning process to be more fulfilling. So quit fighting it and integrate movement into your transitions, as well as the content you teach!
