Christopher M. Samis, a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Delaware,
admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, moves,
pursuant to Rule 9010-1 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice aod Procedure of the United
States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, for the admission pro hac vice of Carolyn
Peterson Richter (the "Admittee") of Troutman Sanders LLP, Bank of America Plaza, 600
Peachtree Street, Suite 5200, Atlanta, Georgia 30308-2216, to represent the Debtors in the
above-captioned chapter 11 cases and any related adversary proceedings.
The Admittee is a member in good standing of the Bars of the State of Georgia, State of
Florida and the State of District of Columbia and is admitted to practice law in all state courts of
Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. District
