Upon the motion, dated July 3, 2012 (the "Motion to Shorten"),

Representatives for entry of an order shortening the notice and objection periods for the Venue
Transfer Motion; and this Court having jurisdiction to consider the Motion to Shorten and the
relief requested therein in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 157 and 1334; and consideration of the
Motion to Shorten and the relief requested therein being a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
157(b); and due and proper notice of the Motion to Shorten having been provided; and it
further appearing that cause exists to grant the relief requested in the Motion to Shorten; and
upon due consideration of the Motion to Shorten; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause
appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
I. The Motion to Shorten is GRANTED.
