WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION TO STAY On or about September 17, 2010, Plaintiff/Creditor Kathleen Devlin moved for Relief from Stay in the Connecticut Superior Court action styled Kathleen Devlin v. KPA Leaseco II., Inc., et al, Docket No. CV-08-5021046-S, pending in the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Hartford. In light of the status of the litigation in Connecticut, there is no need to pursue the Motion for Stay at this time. Plaintiffs hereby withdraw their Motion for Relief from Stay without prejudice to refile said motion, when and if necessary.
