debtors in possession (the "Debtors") hereby stipulate as follows:

Prior to July 9, 2009, Global Clothing provided the Debtors with goods in the

Global Clothing timely filed a proof of claim (Claim No. 432) seeking, among

other things, payment of such amount (the "Filed Claim').

The Debtors and Global Clothing HEREBY STIPULATE AND AGREE
