proceedings had before the Court and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to Shorten Time is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the hearing to consider the approval of the Removal Extension Motion shall be held on July 29, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) before the Honorable Judge Robert D.
