answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Jensen

Lunny MacInnes Law Corporation ("JLM") as Canadian Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in
Possession for Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period May 1, 2009 through May 31, 2009 and for Todd McMahon, Inc., the British
Columbia Supreme Court Appointed Monitor for the Period March 9, 2009 through May 31,

Pursuant to the Order Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of

Code .Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Professionals,

dated April 8, 2009 (the "Order") (Docket No. 147), the Debtors are authorized to pay JLM
$4,256.00 which represents 80% of

the fees ($5,320.50) and $675.39 which represents 100% of

the expenses requested in the Application for the period May 1, 2009 through May 31, 2009, and to pay Todd McMahon, Inc. $26,505.00 for expenses and $1,250.00 for taxes for the period
March 9, 2009 through May 31, 2000 upon the filing of this Certification and without the need
for entry of a Court order approving the Application.
