Granting Debtors' Motion For An Order Approving Procedures Pursuant To Sections

l05(A), 363, And 554(A) DfThe Bankrptcy Code For The Sale Of

Certain De Minimis

Assets Free And Clear Of Liens, Claims, Interests And Encumbrances (Docket No. 959)

("the De Minimis Sale Procedures Order"). The De Minimis Sales Procedures Order
authorizes the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (the "Debtors") to sell
at private sale certain personal property of de minimis value upon ten (10) business days

notice to certain paries defined in the De Minimis Sale Procedures Order.

PLEASE TAK FUTHER NOTICE that, in accordance with the De Minimis

Sale Procedures Order, the Debtors hereby provide notice oftheir intent to sell by private
sale certai assets of

1. Description of the Assets to be Sold: Certain office furntue (the

"Furitue") located at 310 "K" Street, Suite 700, Anchorage, Alaska (the "Premises").

A complete listing of the Furnture is more fully described in Exhibit A hereto.

2. Proposed Purchaser/Purchase Price/Terms. The Debtors propose to sell
the Furiture to Forest Oil Corporation ("Forest") for $8,000.

3. Connections to the Debtor: Forest is not an insider of

the Debtors but is a

creditor of

these estates.

PLEASE TAK FUTHER NOTICE THAT this Notice of Sale is being served
on the (a) the Offce of

the United States Trustee; (b) counsel to the Official Committee

of

Unsecured Creditors appointed in these cases; (c) counsel to the agents for the

Debtors' prepetition and postpetition secured lenders (d) Daniel K. Donkel and his
