answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Debtors' Second Motion

for an Order

Pursuant to 11 Us.e. Section 1121 (d) Extending the Time Periods During which the Debtors

Have the Exclusive Right to File a Plan and Solicit Acceptances Thereto (Docket No. 1011) (the

"Motion") fied on October 16,2009. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the
Court's docket in this case and no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Motion
appears thereon. Pursuant to the Notice of the Motion, objections to such final relief

were to be
