This Court's Abandonment Order in Part for Certain Alaska Assets and (B) Authorizing the

Debtors To Sell Certain Alaska Assets (the "Conditional Order" (Docket No. 1157)). A copy of
the Conditional Order was previously served on you.

In accordance with paragraph 1 on page 12 ofthe Conditional Order, the Debtors

hereby provide notice that the Appeal (as defined in the Conditional Order) was dismissed on

December 11, 2009. As a result, the Conditional Order became effective on December 11, 2009.
In addition, closing on the Sale Agreement (as defined in the Conditional Order) occurred on
December 11, 2009.
