The Honorable Robert D. Drain, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, 300 Quarropas Street,

White Plains, New York 10601. This is a Supplemental Agenda updating the Court as to recent party agreements and changes to the Agenda originally filed by the Debtors on October 11, 2012. These reflect the changes to matters that directly relate to the Seattle Archdiocese and any matters not listed here are, to the Seattle Archdioceses knowledge, proceeding as set forth in the Debtors October 11, 2012 Agenda. I. UNCONTESTED MATTERS 1. Amended Motion of Corporation of Catholic Archbishop of Seattle (the Seattle Archdiocese) for Entry of an Order Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2004 Authorizing Examinations and Production of Documents (ECF No. 416).
Status: Motion has been withdrawn as stated in the Debtors and Archdioceses Joint Statement (ECF No. 463) subject to the right of the Archdiocese to file the Motion at a later date if needed.

Motion of the Seattle Archdiocese for Relief from the Automatic Stay (ECF Nos. 284 and 350).
Status: Debtors have filed a limited consent (ECF No. 357); and the parties have orally agreed to an order which would provide for stay relief to enable the Archdiocese to remove two pending actions in Washington State Court, without prejudice to Plaintiffs right to remand. The specifics of this Order are being negotiated by the parties and shall be provided to the Court by October 17, 2012.

ADVERSARY PROCEEDING PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCES 1. W.D. v. Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle et al. Adv. Pro. No. 12-08238 (RDD)
Status: The parties named in the adversary proceeding have agreed to adjourn this pre-trial conference and Chambers approved an adjournment to January, 2013. Unknown whether Debtors object to this adjournment.

F.C. et al. v. Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle et al. Adv. Pro. No. 12-08239 (RDD)
Status: The parties named in the adversary proceeding have agreed to adjourn this pre-trial conference and Chambers approved an adjournment to January, 2013. Unknown whether Debtors object to this adjournment.

Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle v. Congregation of Christian Brothers of Ireland, et al. Adv. Pro. No. 12-08236 (RDD)
Status: No Notice of this pre-trial conference was filed in the adversary proceeding, but the Archdiocese does not object to this conference being adjourned to January, 2013 with the other adversary proceedings.
