Request to Expedite 1. Requester1, Dr Joseph Zernik, files herein Request to Expedite Court Decisions in this case. 2. On July 22, 2012, the Requester1 filed a Request to Inspect and to Copy. 3. On July 29, 2012, the Requester1 filed a Request for certified copies of decisions in this case. 4. To this date, no decisions were issued by the Court on the above mentioned requests. 5. The Requester claims that continued refusal of the Court to permit inspection of the Court file in this case, and to certify the Court's decisions, are inconsistent with the right to Fair Hearing. Therefore, the Undersigned asks that the Court expedite its decisions in this case and serve its decisions in the above mentioned requests as soon as possible.

II. Request for Due Service of the Court's decision in this matter. 1. In the past, the Requester1 was served with unsigned decisions of the Court, accompanied by an unsigned authentication letter, with no name of the sender. 2. The Requester claims that continued refusal of the Court to duly serve its decisions is inconsistent with the right to Fair Hearing. Therefore, the Undersigned asks that the Court duly serve its decisions, regarding Requester1 motions in this case to the Requester1 address, provided below.
