Upon consideration of the Fourth Omnibus Motion for Order Disallowing Claims (Books and Records/No Documentation) (the Motion) [Docket No. 436] filed by Westcliff Medical Laboratories, Inc. and BioLabs, Inc., the Chapter 11 debtors and debtors in possession herein (collectively, the Debtors), the declaration of non-opposition regarding the Motion, the entire record in these cases, and for food cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Motion, except insofar as it relates to (1) the objection to the claims of

Focus Diagnostics, Inc.
