ATH-14-02 Training 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 General Human is significant resources which effects company's performance.

In order to enhance and develop employees' knowledge, skill and experiences, course training/on the job training/coaching/seminar/conference/workshop etc. are parts of training activities. To reflect company policy on human resources management training need ,training plan are reviewed and set up. 1.2 Purpose and Scope The purpose of the training is to ensure that the training procedure is thoroughly implemented in the organizations through The Program describes: Orientation Program On the Job Training Training Needs Training Plan In-House Training Public Training

2. DEFINITIONS Orientation Program - induction that is conducted for new employees On the Job Training - induction for new employees or employees new job description or internal transfer job. Training Need - identification of employees development area Training Plan - training activities that serve employees' needs In-House Training - any course training/on the job training/coaching/seminar/conference/workshop that organize or conduct by Vetco Aibel, (Thailand) according to training plan Public Training - any course training/on the job training/coaching/seminar/conference/workshop which organized by government/private sector both in Thailand or overseas according to employees' individual training needs The main principles are : Training and all others activities concerned are a Management responsibility. It is a Management commitment to be visible and to execute Training responsibility. Management shall work systematically within their organizations on Training matters. This work must, as far as possible, be concerned with activities which will result in quantitative or qualitative assessment of training need, training plan. 3. RESPONSIBILITY Managing Director is responsible for supporting and back up in all activities concerned training area. Department Manager is responsible for all activities concerned training area. The responsibility related to identify training need and on the job training, nominate employee to participate in training activities, follow up and evaluate employee performance etc.

Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting Management in training activities within their area responsibility and all other activities concerned training area. All employees are responsible for involving training activities within their area of responsibility.
