 Sponsorship Agreement

 The sponsoring company must provide Escalade Entertainment with a clearly printed document
describing its company’s interest for advertised sponsorship.

 All advertised sponsored we will require a 50% deposit in advance at signing of this agreement with
the balance due 30 days. Check should be made payable to Escalade Entertainment.

 Payments are non-refundable unless sponsoring company proves that advertisement has not been
fully exhibited as stated in the terms of this agreement.
